Eric's a worn out pup today. Yesterday was a big day full of activities. He had PT and OT come in and then they put him in a wheelchair and got him ready for a visit with the kids. I brought Carol and the kids back up around 5 and we all went out to the courtyard. The kids were really excited to see him! Then they were off to an Easter Egg hunt and I stayed for a while. So, all the excitement took its toll and today he just wants to nap. He's got a slight fever and his heart rate is up a bit but overall he's doing great!!

I know the kids are helping Eric get better. I'm so glad they can see him now. Hope you and Carol are holding up. Hey, how 'bout a pic of you and the family. You could post it so we could all see how Eric is doing!! Just a thought :)
We'll keep praying and waiting for the day you type..."well, today I'm taking Eric home"!!

It's great to hear about Eric's positive progress. I have been following everything through friends, emails, calls and this blog, which has been fantastic. I'm waiting to hear about the day Eric returns home. God bless you all and stay strong.

Hello Rhonda, just checking in on you all. I love to read this good news every day. Sorry Eric was so tired today, but I bet seeing the kids made it all worth while. And getting to go outside for a little fresh air. Spring time makes everyone feel good! Say hey to Eric, Tab and I love you guys!

I am so glad that the kids are getting to see Eric more ! I know it does them all good !
Whenever he is up for visitors pass that info along.
If there is anything that you or your family needs please let it be known... there are alot of people out here that just want to jump right in !!
