Rhonda Writes -
Eric's not doing well. He's having his second CT scan, he's back on the ventilator and they put the shunt back in b/c the first CT showed fluid on his brain again. While I was typing he returned from the scan...no additional fluid, no blood which means no second stroke which we were all worried about. They are testing him for spinal menangitis and his pneumonia is much worse again. He just can't win. There's a group of folks here from our church praying, I'm praying, his Mom and I are praying together..... He will pull through this.

Rhonda, I am so sorry that Eric has taken a turn for the worse. We know that prayer works so we will all pull together and continue praying really hard for ya'll! Eric has come to far to turn back now! Keep the faith! We love you guys and we are checking the blog everyday to see how he's doing. Thanks so much for taking the time out of your stressful days to let everyone know how things are going.
Cindy
Rhonda,
I don't have the words of comfort for what you are experiencing but just know the Windy and I are praying for Eric and that God will heal his body. I can not even imagine what you are going through but know that we are here if there is anything that we can do for you.
In Christ,
Tony Gibson
Rhonda, You don't know me but I am an old classmate of Eric's ever since we started planning the reunion we have been keeping tabs on his condition, we are all praying for your whole family. I personally know the wear and tear on you, we had a preemie baby and for three months lived at the hospital, so know when I say I pray for strength for you, I truly mean it. We are pulling for all of you. Wendy (Cash) Earnshaw
Hi Rhonda,
We met at our 15th reunion and I thought you two were the perfect couple. I see now that I was right. I feel your love and strength working for both of you. I love Eric and have put him on the prayer list at church. You and your family are on there as well, I know you must be exhausted but hang on, "If HE brings you to it, HE'll bring you through it!" Please understand that we are all here for you. I feel like I can safely speak for our entire class. Thanks so much for blogging Eric's status, I wish you peace and comfort, Jennifer Lyons-Moses
Dear Rhonda,
I'm so sorry to hear about Eric's step back. We will pray harder and ask that the Lord will heal him and give all of you strength. I wish I was there to hug you. Please know that you are on my mind all day! We love you and hope for good news soon!
Kirsten

I want to thank you for keeping us posted through this website. I check it every day and pray before I open it that good news is what I'll read. I pray for your strength to continue to support Eric and your kids and for his strength to pull through all of this. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you all.
Love,
Matt, Maria, & Ashlyn Peterson
